Road closed following collision between HGV and car at Swineshead

Police are currently on the scene following a collision between a lorry and a car.

The A17 at Swineshead is expected to be closed in both directions until late afternoon, motorists have been warned.

“We are on scene following a serious collision between an HGV and a car at the A17 at Swineshead,” a Lincolnshire Police statement said.

“Both lanes expected to be closed until at least 5pm between the Stump Cross Lane junction and Bicker Bar roundabout to Swineshead Bridge.”
