Spalding High School’s Leavers Ball adds a touch of Hollywood glamour
Hollywood Glamour was the theme for Spalding High School’s Leavers Ball.
The Year 13 pupils bid farewell to their time at school in style with Friday’s event at Spalding’s Woodlands Hotel.
“The ball was well attended by the Year 13 students who all had a fantastic time celebrating the end of their time at the High School and their A level exams,” said Ingrid Rogers, assistant head of sixth form.
“The theme of the ball was Hollywood Glamour and was organised by myself and our head student Evie Booth.
“The evening consisted of a buffet, lots of fun and dancing, the dance floor was often packed.”
“The students have worked so hard for their A level exams so deserved an evening to get together to celebrate all their hard work.”
Mrs Rogers added: “We were grateful to have Vicky Harvey from Balloon Tree who did the amazing balloon decorations, Gan from The Woodlands who did everything possible to accommodate our needs and to make sure the event was a success.
“We had one of our photography A level students, Lily Griemink taking, arrival photographs.
“The students had excellent fun with various props taking memento photos with the photobooth.”
