New Starbucks and Greggs development in Pinchbeck to be ready this summer
A new Starbucks and Greggs are set to open in Pinchbeck in the summer, as work continues on a commercial development off Wardentree Lane.
A team from Lindum Group is currently at work on the site - opposite Morrisons - and are on course to finish work by mid-August.
The development will bring a Toolstation, Formula One Autocentres and Snap Fitness Gym - as well as the Greggs and a drive-thru Starbucks.
The project, from Hawkstone Properties, is set to create more than 50 jobs and was approved by South Holland District Council in 2019.
The land covers one-and-a-half acres in total and will include 74 car parking spaces.
Drone images from Lindum Group showed progress at the site a week or so ago - with framework completed on the Starbucks drive-thru since they were taken.
A Starbucks spokesman was tight-lipped about the plans - and declined to give a specific opening date for the new outlet. Starbucks opened a drive-thru in Long Sutton last summer and at Sutterton roundabout the year before.
