Spalding shop allowed to re-open after court closure order has lapsed

A shop which had been shut by the courts is allowed to trade once more.

Nasza Biedronka, in Sheep Market, Spalding, was closed earlier this year after a Lincolnshire Trading Standards and South Holland Police investigation in the sale of illegal vapes and cigarettes.

The shop was allowed to re-open last week after the closure order had lapsed.

The courts had imposed the maximum time allowed to be closed by law is three months.
