Traders and bands wanted for artisan street food evening
Traders are being invited to take part in a street food event being held in Long Sutton in two weeks' time.
An artisan street food evening is planned for Winfrey Park car park on Friday, August 24 and two more traders are needed to fill the line-up. Any local accoustic bands would also be welcome.
The 3 Witches Catering Company from Spalding is bringing a vegan/vegetarian truck, organisers Three Counties Deli from Long Sutton will be there with their converted horse trailer and also in attendance will be Norfolk gin bar Whatahoot.
The idea of the evening, which runs from 6pm to 9pm, is to bring a taste of street food to Long Sutton, where people can get together to sample different food and drink in a relaxed environment. There will be seating and tables.
If successful the event could be rolled out to other areas monthly, including Holbeach.
The organisers thanked district councillor Jack Tyrell and Long Sutton Parish Council for their backing.
