2025 Pinchbeck Carnival promises family fun
A popular parade which organisers say is ‘quintessential’ for village life, will return this weekend.
Families and residents in Pinchbeck are urged to come out and support the annual carnival on Saturday (June 14) at the Rotten Row Playing Field from 12pm.
Whether you want to catch some rays in the sun whilst listening to the live music or take a look around some of the stalls, the event offers something for all ages.
Don’t miss the classic cars and vintage tractors, and keep your eyes peeled for the spitfire and hurricane which will be flying over at 3.45pm.
Chairman of Pinchbeck Carnival, John Pailing has been one of the organisers since 1998 and believes it is a great way to bring the community together.
He said: “People never get tired of the carnival, there is always something new – it’s quintessential for village life. The event has been going for more than 30 years and everyone on the committee works well as a team. It's all about bringing people together and putting smiles on peoples faces.”
Some of the food vendors at the event include Jackalope Joe Coffee Co, Cottage Bakes, Off The Stone –wood fired pizza and more.
There will also be a bouncy castle and children’s fairground rides.
Have a boogie and enjoy some classic tunes performed by Abba Infinity, Mullered at The Mill, Rock Choir and the Young Voices Choir.
A bingo night will also be taking place tomorrow (Friday) in conjunction with the carnival at Pinchbeck church hall from 6.30pm – with eyes down set to begin at 7pm.
Save extra space at the Pinchbeck Carnival Sunday Lunch at the village hall on Sunday, June 15. Tickets cost £10 per person and can be purchased from the hub.
