Spalding train services suspended due to broken down train

Commuters will be facing a nightmare to get home this evening after the Spalding service has been suspended.

East Midlands Railway has suspended the Spalding and Peterborough Service this evening due to a broken-down train at the Spalding station.

An engineer is due to arrive by 6.25pm and the firm is attempting to run a replacement bus service.
