“It is proposed to erect a single storey detached commercial building on an existing hardstanding area on the south-western part of the site,” said the Boston Borough Council planning officer’s report, adding its use would include the storage of building materials for the applicant’s construction business.

“The proposed single storey building measures 14m by 7m with a height of 4.1m to eves and 5.2m to ridge height and would create 1,05m2 of floorspace.

“The proposed materials consist of red facing brick and green profile cladded walls and a green profile cladded roof with white aluminium windows and green steel doors.”

A request from Environmental Health that the hours of operation are restricted to 7am-7pm Monday to Friday, 7am to 1pm on Saturday and at no time on Sunday or Bank or Public Holidays has been added to the conditions imposed by the authority.
