Deepings vandalism outbreak - police ask public for CCTV/dash cam footage




A number of homes and vehicles in the Deepings area had their windows smashed during a four-day vandalism spree, police have confirmed.

Several reports of criminal damage in Deeping St James and Market Deeping that took place between Thursday, October 29, and Sunday, November 1, are being followed up by officers.

A Stamford, Bourne and Deeping Policing Team spokesman said that stones were used in some of the incidents which took place "during hours of darkness".

The spokesman said: "We are continuing to investigate the series of criminal damage incidents in The Deepings and are working with other agencies to try to identify those involved."

Anyone with information, including CCTV or dashcam footage from the area and the dates concerned, should call Market Deeping Police Station on 101.
