Crowland ended Moulton Harrox's lengthy unbeaten run in the Peterborough League Premier Division on Saturday.
Harrox hadn't lost in the top flight since the middle of September but went down to a 2-1 reversal at Snowden Field on Saturday.
They had taken an early lead through Nathan Smith but then had Reece Crane sent off before the interval.
Second half goals from Lawrence Stewart and Danny Firth then secured the win for Crowland who moved into the fifth spot after the derby victory.
Moulton remain in third place, four points behind league leaders Uppingham with three games in hand, while Crowland are now just four points adrift of their local rivals.
