Spalding United will host League One side Peterborough United in a pre-season friendly
Spalding United have added the first new player to their ranks for the coming campaign.
The Tulips have secured the services of former West Brom youngster Josh Ezewele.
The 27-year-old has joined Spalding after spending last season with Southern League Premier Division Central side Halesowen Town.
The full-back started his career with the Baggies before having spells with Yeovil, Kidderminster, AFC Fylde, Alvechurch and Bromsgrove Sporting.
Ezewele will join a Spalding squad which has retained the majority of last season's title-winning players.
The experienced Glenn Walker, former Peterborough United youngster Kyle Barker and full-back Sam Warburton have become the latest players to follow in the footsteps of 10 of their team-mates.
Skipper Nathan Stainfield and defensive partner Sam Cartwright have already committed to the club for another campaign.
They have been joined by goalkeeper Tony Breeden as well as utility player Danny Draper and midfielders Joe Curtis and Lewis Hilliard.
Attackers Riley O'Sullivan, Jordan Graham and Sam Bennett have all agreed terms for next season as well as player assistant-boss James Clifton who finished the campaign as Spalding's top goalscorer.
Midfielder Lamine Sherif had joined Spalding's new Southern League Premier Division Central rivals Coalville Town, however, the Ravens have since resigned from the league following the departure of chairman Glyn Rennocks.
Isaac Adegoke - who joined the Tulips towards the end of last season - has moved to Bromsgrove Sporting.
The Tulips have arranged their first two home pre-season friendlies.
League One neighbours Peterborough United will visit the Sir Halley Stewart on Tuesday, July 16, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
Due to the anticipated demand, tickets will be able to be purchased direct from Spalding United's website in the coming weeks as well as on the night.
They will be priced at £10 for adults, £5 for concessions, £2 for 12-17-year-olds with Under 11s admitted free of charge.
The Tulips will then host Northern Premier League Premier Division side Maccesfield.
The Silkman - who jointly owned by former Leicester City and Derby County player Robbie Savage - are due to visit the Sir Halley Stewart ground on Tuesday, July 30 (7.45pm).
