Rutland League cricket round-up
An unbeaten century from Jamie Kitchen helped Moulton Harrox to victory in their Rutland League clash on Sunday.
Kitchen hit 101 not out as Moulton won by seven wickets in their Division Four East clash at Ufford Park 2nds.
Their hosts had made 141-9 from 40 overs after batting first with Anish Suwarmeraj taking 4-29 for the Harrox.
They then raced to victory inside 27 overs with Kitchen leading the charge and Joe Broomfield making 25.
Bourne were one-wicket winners in a closely-contested away match at United Sports in Division Three.
They had dismissed their Peterborough hosts for 134 as Corey Young and Henry Brewster both took two wickets for Bourne.
Bourne then slipped to 21-4 in reply but half-centuries from Young (51) and Will Gardner (55) looked to have guided them back into the match.
Gardner was the ninth wicket to fall with Bourne one run short of victory as Harrison Elliot then steered them past the winning past.
All of Saturday's matches in the South Lincs and Border League were cancelled due to the wet weather.
