Moulton Harrox are celebrating two title triumphs in the Peterborough and District Football League

Moulton Harrox Reserves have wrapped up a title double for the club after being crowned league champions in their first season since reforming.

The Broad Lane club's second string secured the Peterborough League Division Four crown just 24 hours after the first team had won the top flight title.

They clinched it in style with a 6-0 home success over Elsea Park Eagles in their final match of a season where they suffered just one league loss.

The victory left them five points clear of second-placed Peterborough City Reserves who were due to play their final match of the season last night (Monday).

Deeping United Development were victorious in their penultimate match of the Division Four season after a 4-3 victory at Cardea Reserves thanks to goals from Jay Handley (two), Winston Bayole and an injury-time winner from Nana Quarson.

Whaplode Drove Rovers have been confirmed as runners-up in Division Two.

They had held top spot after finishing their season but were leapfrogged by Peterborough Rangers who clinched the title in style with a 12-0 away win at Stamford Lions.

Crowland Reserves also recorded an emphatic midweek win over King's Cliffe after a 7-0 success at Snowden Field.

Billy Gibbs, Callum Pratt, Xennon Paul, Nathan Woodward, Harvey Henderson and Jordan Kirchin were among their marksmen.

Deeping United have ended their Division One campaign by scoring 15 goals in their last two games.

After an 8-3 home win over Farcet last weekend, they ended the season with a 7-3 midweek success at Glinton & Northborough.

Jake Rayment hit a hat-trick for United with Harry Catanach scoring twice while Connor Breakell and Aston Whybrow also netted.
