Allocations revealed for the United Counties and Thurlow Nunn leagues
Two tasty derbies could be on the cards for next season after the allocation of leagues were released.
Holbeach United and Pinchbeck have both been placed in the Thurlow Nunn League Division One North while Bourne's promotion has seen them join Deeping Rangers in the United Counties League Premier Division North.
The Knights have been switched from the United Counties League following their relegation last season.
It will mean a league meeting with the Tigers for the first time since the 2021/22 campaign when Holbeach lost their step five status.
The two teams both played out goalless draws that season before Pinchbeck were 4-1 winners the following year in the FA Vase clash.
Deeping and Bourne met two seasons ago in a Lincolnshire Senior Trophy tie with Rangers progressing following a penalty shoot-out win.
But next term will be their first league clash for a number of campaigns with the Wakes winning back their step five status in emphatic style this year having been demoted in 2009/10 due to FA ground grading regulations.
