Restaurants, bars and cafés in Lincolnshire given 0, 1 or 2 food hygiene ratings so far in 2024

When choosing somewhere to eat, it’s important to know you are in safe (and clean) hands.

Across the area there are thousands of eateries, the majority of which boast positive food hygiene ratings.

However, so far this year 35 businesses have been warned by hygiene inspectors that they need to make improvements.

For some of these eateries it’s not the first time they have been told to get their act together.

The hygiene ratings range from zero to five, with five meaning standards are very good and fully comply with the law.

Zero is at the bottom of the scale and means urgent improvement is necessary.
