Closure of Stamford pubs Melbourn Brothers and St Mary's Vaults is still a mystery

The doors of two town pubs continue to remain shut after their sudden closure.

The Melbourn Brothers in All Saints' Street, Stamford is thought to have closed on August 13 after drinkers were asked to leave the pub.

Since then, people have been left confused as to why customers have not been welcomed back since.
