Conservative Party candidate elected for Ryhall and Casterton ward in Rutland County Council by-election




Richard Coleman (Conservative Party) has been elected as ward member for Ryhall and Casterton following a local by-election yesterday (Thursday, September 12.)

Mr Coleman was elected with 357 votes and will serve as a Rutland County Councillor until the next round of ordinary elections in 2023.

The result was:

  • Richard Coleman (Conservative Party) - 357 votes - ELECTED
  • Steve Fay (The Green Party) - 121 votes
  • Beverley Wrigley-Pheasant (Liberal Democrat) - 156 votes

The turnout was 27.76 per cent.
