Traffic delays on the A1 northbound

Drivers are facing delays on the A1 northbound.
The carriageway is partially blocked around the South Witham turn off while emergency repairs are carried out.
The AA is reporting delays of 14 minutes with vehicles travelling at an average speed of 10mph.
Problems were first reported at midday.
