Entrepreneur to be guest speaker at charity garden party

Neville Wright, founder of Kiddicare and now property developer, philanthropist and author of the Amazon bestseller “The Answer is Yes, Now What Was the Question?” will be the guest speaker at a charity garden party in Stamford.

The annual event, organised by Pilot Fish, a commercial finance company in Bourne, is well attended by professionals from across the area, and last year raised over £3,000 for the Phoebe Research Fund.

Neville’s book was recently ranked number one in the Amazon charts of Biographies of Professionals and Academics.

He will be discussing his journey from having just 37p to selling his business for £100 million, and how his life has developed beyond this.

He recently met Zoe Crowson, who founded the charity as her daughter Phoebe suffers from the condition.

Epidermolysis Bullosa is a life limiting genetic condition affecting the third layer of collagen in the skin.

All money raised by the Phoebe Research Fund goes directly to further research into this condition, the cure of which would see major advances for numerous other skin conditions affecting thousands of people.

The event will take place in the garden of The William Cecil in Stamford, on June 20, starting at 5pm and including an afternoon tea and a raffle.
