Hudson, whose address was listed as Mountbatten Avenue, Stamford, was due to appear at Boston Magistrates’ Court yesterday (Wednesday, July 13).

However, it was heard that he had written to the court to say he now lived in Phillip Road in Folkestone, Kent and because he had only received short notice of the court hearing, he was unable to attend.

It was agreed the case could be adjourned until Wednesday, July 26, a date when he has arranged a lift to Lincolnshire.
