Opportunity to meet Stamford town councillors on market days

Market day shoppers will be able to share their thoughts and concerns about Stamford when a new scheme launches next month.

Stamford Town Council will stage “meet the residents” sessions outside the library in High Street.

Each Friday a number of town councillors will be on hand between 11am and 1pm to speak with residents about issues concerning the town. In bad weather they will set up inside the library.

It is hoped the scheme will launch in mid-April but a date is still to be confirmed.
