South Kesteven District Council appoint new Stamford councillors in by-election

Two new councillors have been appointed to represent Stamford wards by South Kesteven District Council (SKDC).
David Taylor is the new councillor for Stamford St John`s ward after winning yesterday’s (March 15) by-election with 327 votes.
Rachel Cooke now represents Stamford St George`s ward after securing 309 votes.
