Rippingale couple sets up The Always Enough Foundation to spread happiness in Stamford, Rutland, Bourne and the Deepings




A couple have come up with a new way of letting people know they are ‘always enough’.

Bea Maskery from Rippingale has launched a new kindness initiative with her wife Aisha.

These include chocolate, stickers, wristbands and messages.

Bea, 32, said: “We want to let people know everyone is important and has the right to feel worthy and that they are enough.

“We hope someone finds a package and it makes their day.”

Already hundreds of care packages have been left across Stamford, Bourne and the Deepings.

Bea and Aisha set the foundation up in memory of their friend Amanda Farquhar who took her own life in March.

Bea, who struggles with multiple mental health conditions, said: “She spent the majority of her life supporting other people.”

“She was such a likeable and compassionate person.”
