Open-air cinema at Ferry Meadows in Peterborough to show films including Barbie, Beauty and the Beast, Pretty Woman and The Wizard of Oz




A line up of open-air cinema and theatre will take place at a country park this summer.

A number of timeless classics and action-packed blockbusters will be shown on an outside big screen at Ferry Meadows in Peterborough.

Films throughout August include Barbie, Bob Marley One Love, Tangled, Stop Making Sense, Beauty and the Beast Sing-Along, Pretty Woman, Trolls Band Together, The Lost Boys, The Wizard of Oz and Pathaan.

There will also be literary productions by Chapterhouse Theatre Company of Pride and Prejudice, and Little Women.

Films will be shown at 5pm and 7.30pm, with people able to take a chair or a blanket and sit on the grass in front of the big screen.
