Coronavirus volunteers from Support Our Stamford carry out 205 jobs in the community




Volunteers from the Support Our Stamford scheme have clocked up 205 missions.

More than 270 people signed up to help vulnerable people survive the coronavirus lockdown.

They are on hand to help people with shopping, dog walking, collecting medical supplies and other essential tasks.

Coordinator David Stafford said: "Due to the fantastic community spirit and support of SOS volunteers we have already completed over 200 requests.

"Thank you to all of team SOS for their selfless commitment to the community."
