Women's choir director in court

Choir director Andrew Clingo was in court on Wednesday, where he denied sexual offences against a teenage boy.

Clingo, 42, of Barleyfield, Langtoft appeared at Boston Magistrates' Court where he was accused of kissing a boy aged between 14- and 15-years-old on the lips on at least five occasions without consent between October 1, 2007, and August 31, 2008, in Langtoft.

He faced two further charges of performing a sexual act on the boy without consent, between August 31, 2008, and March 1, 2009, and between October 11, 2008, and October 17, 2009.

Clingo is the musical director of the Handful of Harmonies choir, a singing group for women of all ages in south Lincolnshire.
