Martin Bond and Richard Pickering join the management team at Bourne Town Football Club
Bourne Town boss Michael Goode has strengthened his management team for the coming campaign.
Goode will remain in charge of the Wakes after leading the club to the United Counties League Division One title last season.
He will again be assisted by Dan Flack who will remain registered as a player while Junior Jones will continue as goalkeeper coach and Mark Seekings as matchday physio.
With Matt Robinson moving into a management role at Peterborough League side Stanground and Cardea Sports, Goode has recruited Martin Bond and Richard Pickering to bolster his backroom team.
Bond will reunite with Goode as first team coach after previously working together successfully at Deeping Rangers.
He is a former Bourne player and will be joined by Pickering who lives in the town and is a highly-rated coach who has had spells with Deeping Rangers Reserves and the Clarets' Under 18s team.
The team will be further boosted by Josh Dilley being promoted from the A Team to take on a coaching and analysis role as he develops his skills at the higher level while completing his UEFA B qualification.
The newly-amalgamated reserve team will be jointly managed by Steve Bills and Stuart Craig.
Tom Hunt will continue as assistant manager for the side who will be playing in the Peterborough League next season.
