Stamford Junior Knights win the Basketball England East Midlands Community Club of the Year award




Stamford Junior Knights have been awarded the Basketball England East Midlands Community Club of the Year accolade.

It is a significant achievement for the club who are very proud of this recognition.

They said: "This award represents all the hard work that the coaching team, players and volunteers put into the sessions, as well as the support of our wonderful Stamford Junior Knights community.

"It is a testament to the commitment and dedication of everyone involved in making the club a success.

"To be awarded the Community Club of the Year underpins the ethos of providing basketball opportunities for all in the local area.

"We believe that sport has the power to bring people together and make a positive impact on the community and we are thrilled that our efforts have been recognised in this way."
