A look ahead to the weekend games involving Blackstones, Bourne Town, Deeping Rangers and Stamford AFC
Deeping Rangers boss Brett Whaley is hoping his side can end a worrying run of form in a vital United Counties League clash this weekend.
The Clarets host Heanor Town on Saturday in a Premier Division North match at the Hayden Whitham Stadium.
They go into the match having lost their last three league games which has dropped Deeping down to 14th place in the league standings.
Whaley said: "We're on a worrying little run at the moment and Saturday now becomes a huge game for us.
"Everybody seems to be beating everybody in this league so it doesn't matter who you play - you have to be right.
"We haven't been right for the last couple of games for long enough periods of matches."
Rangers have been beaten by top six sides Kimberley Miners Welfare, Hucknall and Newark Town in their last three games.
They now host a Heanor side this weekend who are level on points with Rangers in mid-table.
Whaley added: "Heanor are a good side but we can't worry too much about the opposition.
"If we were losing games and we were at it and did everything that we were asked of then I would accept it.
"I can't accept that we're not putting in 90 minute performances and it's not just with the ball. It's concentration, work-rate and desire to be better than the opposition.
"They are the things that the boys have got to take on and it is a big day for us on Saturday.
"We were looking above us in the league but we're now looking over our shoulder which is a situation we didn't ever want to be in so it is a big game for us."
Bourne Town have a home match on Saturday against Coventry Sphinx in the Northern Premier League Midlands Division.
The Wakes are unbeaten in their last four games as they aim to move out of the relegation zone.
Joint manager Michael Goode said: "Coventry were flying at the start of the season but they've just lost two games on the trot.
"There were so many good things from our point of view to come out of the game against Long Eaton last weekend.
"We've looked at a lot of negatives so far this season so it's time to start looking at the positives."
Stamford will be aiming for their first win of the Southern League Premier Division Central campaign when they host Barwell at the Zeeco Stadium.
Blackstones are also at home as they look to stop a three-game losing run in the United Counties League Premier Division North when they welcome high-flying Kimberley to the SBJ Stadium.
