Police appeal to identify woman as they investigate assault on a train between Boston and Skegness




Police investigating the assault of a teenager on a train are appealing for help in identifying this woman.

British Transport Police have released an image of a woman they wish to speak to in connection with an incident which took place on a train between Boston and Skegness.

In a statement issued yesterday (September 26), the force said: “On 19 August, at around 3.30pm, a person argued with a teenager before assaulting them twice.

“Officers believe the woman in the image may have information which could help with their investigation.”

Anyone who recognises her is asked to contact BTP by texting 61016 or by calling 0800 40 50 40, quoting reference 2400104836.
