Reform UK leader Richard Tice to stand for election in Boston and Skegness
Reform UK leader Richard Tice is standing for election in Lincolnshire, he has announced.
The avid Brexiteer will be aiming to take the Boston and Skegness seat from current incumbent Matt Warman.
Tice, a staunch Brexiteer, took over the leadership of Reform from Nigel Farage in 2021.
The Surrey-born businessman - who visited the Stamford and Rutland constituency this week - appears to fancy his chances of election in the constituency with the highest pro-Brexit vote in the country at the 2016 referendum.
Tice announced he would be standing in Boston and Skegness via his social media platforms.
Conservative Mr Warman has been the area’s MP since 2015.
