Boston teen charged with possession of a knife in public place

A teenager has been charged with possession of a knife in a public place.

The 16-year-old was arrested yesterday evening (April 10) on Argyle Street in Boston.

The knife was located and seized by Authorised Firearms Officers (AFO) who were deployed to the incident.

The 16-year-old, who cannot be named for legal reasons, has been bailed and will appear in court at a later date
