Man released on bail as inquiries into stabbing in Manning Road in Bourne continue
A man has been released on bail after being arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent.
Police were called to a stabbing in Manning Road, Bourne at 7.20pm on Tuesday (January 30).
A man sustained injuries to his back and head with what police believe was a bladed weapon.
An air ambulance was called and he was taken to Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham by road ambulance with injuries which are not believed to be life threatening.
A 34-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of wounding with intent and has been released on bail.
Inquiries are ongoing.
