Bourne business JJ Mac shows festive support for Salvation Army, Darby and Joan Club and Butterfield Centre

A town business has entered into the spirit of Christmas by supporting community groups and events.

JJ Mac put together 24 hampers of goodies and this week handed them over to the Salvation Army to distribute in the community.

It’s the fifth year running the Bourne civil engineering firm has made up hampers for the Salvation Army.

A donation was also again made to the local Darby and Joan club towards their Christmas dinner.

The business provided gifts for the Butterfield Centre to take out on their meals on wheels rounds, as well as vouchers for the volunteers who work there.

A contribution was also made earlier this year towards building work at the centre’s North Road home.
