A community group is dusting off its rubber ducks ready for a race along the river.

This year’s Deepings Lions duck race will raise money for Facial Palsy UK and Pancreatic Cancer UK.

About 3,000 ducks will be launched into the River Welland at Deeping St James in a bid to cross the line first and win £100 for its sponsor.
