Alex is Employee of the Year at the Grantham Journal Business Awards

Alex Wade, who works for Mark Bates Ltd, won the Employee of the Year Award at the Grantham Journal Business Awards 2015 on Wednesday.

Alex is business development director at the Grantham company.

The runners-up were Adam Banks, of Buckley Wand, and Janet Fitt and Pauline Sculthorpe, of Gilder Care.
