Homecare Helpline which serves Stamford, Grantham and Sleaford rated 'good' by Care Quality Commission
An agency which provides personal care to people in their own homes has maintained its overall good rating after its latest Care Quality Commission (CQC) inspection.
Homecare Helpline, based in Folkingham and run by Compleat Care (UK), looks after 43 people in Stamford, Grantham, Sleaford and surrounding villages.
In its first inspection since March 2019, the service was again rated good in both key questions - is the service safe and well-led?
The report found 'robust and effective quality assurance processes' ensured 'a high standard of care and support', while care was 'tailored to meet people's individual needs'.
"The registered manager and the care team went above and beyond to ensure people's safety in emergency situations," it said.
Those using the service and their relatives told the CQC inspector staff were 'always friendly and polite' and that they felt comfortable raising concerns.
"Care staff had excellent knowledge about the people they supported and understood how to provide safe and effective care," the report added.
