Closure of A52 both ways between Bingham and Grantham next week

A full carriageway closure east and westbound is taking place from Bingham to Grantham each day next week from 8.00pm to 6.00am.

Resurfacing work will see the A52 closed both ways between Grantham Road and Castle View overnight from Monday, Jaunary 12, and is expected to be finished on Friday, January 16.

Traffic travelling east on the A52 will be diverted at Bingham Interchange onto the A46 northbound towards Newark-on-Trent. At the A46/A1/A17 interchange traffic will take the exit south onto the A1 towards Grantham. At Barrowby traffic will exit the A1 onto the A52 where the diversion will end.

Traffic travelling west on the A52 will be diverted at Barrowby onto the A1 northbound towards Newark-on-Trent. Traffic will exit the A1 at the A46/A17 junction and join the A46 southbound towards Bingham. At Bingham Interchange traffic will rejoin the A52 where the diversion will end.
