'Dozy Parker' has no thought for disabled in this Grantham car park

"Selfish ignorance," said the sender of this photograph showing the fine work of a 'Dozy Parker'.

The picture was taken in the car park outside Poundstretcher, in London Road, on Sunday morning.

It shows a complete disregard for disabled people.
