Sun set to shine down on Grantham Easter egg hunt and duck race

Temperatures are set to soar in Grantham this Easter weekend - with 21C and wall-to-wall sunshine forecast for Saturday, the day of the popular Easter egg hunt and duck race.

You might remember last year's Easter weekend saw heavy rain and chilly temperatures, so this weekend is a chance to make up for it.

The mercury is set to rise from Friday, with highs of 19C expected, followed on Saturday by highs of 21C. Sunday may hit 19C with cloud expected.

Sadly, it's downhill from there, with temperatures set to go down to highs of 13C into the middle of next week.
