Tom, who is Grantham-born and bred, is a law graduate was recruited by Andrew seven years ago, who had known him since he was at school.

Shaun and Andrew met six years ago, when Shaun was working for Lloyds.

He had joined the bank in 1988 and worked with them for 27 years before deciding to make a move.

“The favourite part of my job was always meeting clients and helping them, and I have far more opportunity to do that here,” he said.

Both Tom and Shaun are committed to ongoing professional development, to ensure they build on their existing skills.
