Fallen tree blocks path to Queen Elizabeth Park in Grantham

A tree has fallen across a path which accesses a Grantham park.

The path that connects Queen Elizabeth Park and Manthorpe Road is currently blocked due to a fallen tree.

Councillor Tim Harrison (Ind) confirmed that South Kesteven District Council was aware of the issue.

He advised anyone in the area to “please use caution”.

An SKDC spokesperson confirmed that the council was aware of the issue.

“We are making the area safe for pedestrians ahead of removing the tree,” they added.
