Firefighters release one person from vehicle after collision in Walcot

One person was rescued from a vehicle involved in a collision yesterday (Friday).

The incident happened at about 7.30pm in the village of Walcot.

Fire crews from Sleaford and Donington attended the incident in Village Street.

A spokesperson for Lincolnshire Fire and Rescue Service said: “Small tools were used to gain access to the vehicle, allowing the extrication of one person. The vehicle was then made safe.”
