Grantham court: Two counts of sexual assault denied

A 46-year-old has pleaded not guilty to two charges of sexual assault, alleged to have been committed against a 15-year-old girl.

Appearing before Grantham magistrates this morning, James Malcolm Colley of Langford Gardens, Grantham, denied two incidents of sexual touching.

The charges date back to August 30 and 31 of last year.

The case was considered as unsuitable to be heard before magistrates, with Colley now due to appear at Lincoln Crown Court on June 6.

In the meantime he remains on conditional bail.
