Grantham gym unveils new state-of-the-art premises
A popular gym has unveiled its new state-of-the-art premises.
Equilibrium, which was established in 2010, has rebranded and relaunched in a new and improved facility on Caunt Road, Grantham.
The new facilities boasts a sleek and stylish interior with state-of-the-art sound and lighting and a range of classes available for all abilities.
David Lyon, of Equilibrium said: “We want to be an adaptable component of people’s lives, not a chore.
“We also don’t believe in locking clients into a membership unless they want it so we have created a rolling month membership. Our pay per session structure gives you the freedom to train as you much as you like and explore what works best for you.”
The Equilibrium team sought advice on their rebrand, interior design and customer journey from a team at Shift Branding & Design - madebyshift.co.uk.
David added: “In a break from the humdrum of regular gyms, everything is sleek and stylised with unique features and materials.
“The gym floor features sound and lighting customers will find luxurious rainfall showers, dedicated vanity areas and bespoke lockers in the changing rooms.
“The classes are high-energy and numbers are limited to 12 per class to provide maximum impact for those taking part.”
Classes currently include a selection of classes ranging from 30-45 minutes including Box, Circuits, HIIT and Tabata with more scheduled to be added.
They also offer one-on-one personal training sessions having developed their own unique assessment system, using this information to develop a personalised programme.
With a big focus on socialising, they have created a spacious and stylish lounge area which features a coffee bar serving signature coffee from local coffee roastery Two Chimps, based in Rutland.
Equilibrium are offering a first session for free.
