Grantham railway bridge closed every night this week

A Grantham railway bridge will be closed overnight each day this week, until Friday.

Lincolnshire County Council has closed Harlaxton Road on behalf of Network Rail, while work is carried out on the railway bridge.

It is closed 10pm till 6am. It is expected to reopen fully from 6am on Friday.

It follows work to the railway bridges in Barrowby Road and Springfield Road, which lasted more than six months in total.
