Lisa started working for the trust in 1998 as part of the administration team at Wellingore Hall, and later worked with the development and communications teams, before fulfilling her dream to work in one of the homes. She has shared her wealth of experience and shown a high level of professionalism, while displaying compassion and empathy to residents.

Anna Lewkowicz, home manager, said: “Lisa is an incredible asset to all who live and work in Gregory House. I’d like to say thank Lisa on behalf of everyone for the dedication and commitment she has shown to the home and residents since taking on this new challenge in August 2018. We are extremely proud that she has been recognised with this award, which is richly deserved.”

It is hoped that an official ceremony and celebration will take place later in the year.
