Stealing the contents of a safe is among the charges faced by Grantham defendants
Grantham area defendants brought before the courts recently include:
Dale Martin Sumner, 39, of Goodliff Road, Grantham: admits two counts of failing to provide a specimen of blood when suspected of having committed a crime, on April 17 and June 3, 2020; committing a further offence while the subject of a 12-month conditional discharge for two offences of possessing a class C drug; and entering as a trespasser WH Smith at the Gonerby Moor services, Grantham, on March 21, 2020 and stealing alcohol, the contents of a safe and keys. He was committed to prison for two weeks, four weeks and 14 weeks to run concurrent but suspended for 24 months, ordered to participate in a thinking skills programme and rehabilitation activity requirement, banned from driving for 12 months and ordered to pay £56 in compensation, a £122 victim surcharge and £255 costs.
Herman St Marie, 32, of Thames Road, Grantham: guilty of riding an off-road motorbike on a bridleway at High Dyke on August 25, 2020. He was fined £220 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
Hayley Rebecca Walsh, 35, of Station Road, West, Grantham: guilty of driving a Citroen vehicle on Station Road, Grantham, while not wearing a seatbelt, on August 5, 2020. She was fined £32 and ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £90 costs.
Stacey Macdonald, 43, of the Travelodge at Gonerby Moor, Grantham: admits attempting to steal three packs of razors worth £60 from Asda on March 8. She was discharged conditionally for 12 months.
Jonathan Paul Callington, 36, of Cecil Street, Grantham: guilty of driving a Seat vehicle in Barrowby Road, Grantham, without due care and attention, on June 25, 2020. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs and banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
Dylan Thomas Keane, 26, of Queensway, Grantham: guilty of driving a Vauxhall vehicle in Uplands Drive, Grantham, without insurance, on June 14, 2020. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs and banned from driving for six months due to repeat offending.
Dean James Rogers, 40, of Dysart Road, Grantham: guilty of driving a Mercedes vehicle in Harlaxton Road, Grantham, with no insurance, on June 22, 2020. He was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs and banned from driving for 12 months due to repeat offending.
Darryll Lee Winfield, 28, of Crossgill Close, Grantham: admits two counts of assaulting a woman by beating, on April 27 and July 16, 2020, and damaging a door and wall belonging to the same woman on April 27, 2020. He was fined £325 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation, a £34 victim surcharge and £150 costs.
Luke Andrew Horton, 18, of London Road, Grantham: admits driving a Citroen vehicle on Somerby Hill, Grantham, with 44 micrograms of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath – the legal limit is 35mcg. He also admits driving otherwise than in accordance with a licence. He was fined £120, ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 14 months.
Tomek Stasiewska, 19, of Princess Drive, Grantham: admits using threatening, abusive or insulting words or behaviour causing another to believe violence would be used against them in Grantham on August 20, 2020. He was made the subject of a community order including 120 hours of unpaid work within 12 months and ordered to pay a £95 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
Warren Christopher Nielson, 24, of Bridge Street, Grantham: admits driving a Skoda Fabia in Manthorpe Road, Grantham, on June 6, 2020 with 3.1mcg of delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood. He was fined £311, ordered to pay a £34 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.
Alby Martin Fox, 34, of Shaw Road, Grantham: admits driving a Ford Transit in Shaw Road with 3.2cg of drug delta-9-tetrahydrocannabinol per litre of blood, on September 27, 2020. He was fined £600, ordered to pay a £60 victim surcharge and £85 costs and banned from driving for 12 months.
Kirsty Lorraine Skinner, 34, of Manor Drive, Great Gonerby: guilty of driving a Vauxhall Corsa in Trent Road, Grantham, otherwise than in accordance with a licence and without insurance, on August 18, 2020. She was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs and her driving licence endorsed with six penalty points.
