Man allegedly exposed himself before assaulting witness in Grantham




Police are appealing for witnesses and information after a man allegedly exposed himself in the town centre.

The incident happened in Grantham, on Monday, September 4, between 7pm and 8pm, when a man is believed to have exposed himself while sat on a bench in Welby Street.

When a member of the public challenged his behaviour, he is alleged to have assaulted them.

A 36-year-old man was subsequently arrested on suspicion of assault and of exposure. He has since been bailed.
