A Grantham man is to stand trial on a drink-driving charge.

Sean Booth, 32, is accused of being more than twice the alcohol limit when the Audi RS6 he was driving crashed on the A52 at Scott Willoughby on March 24.

A sample taken in hospital gave a reading of 186 milligrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of blood; the legal limit being 80.
